Book Club Pick: The Anatomy of Story
Let's get ready to do some dissecting
The votes are in and. . . well, it was a tie. But I noticed one book had taken an early lead and as the tiebreaker-in-chief, I made the hard call. Our next book club pick is The Anatomy of Story: 22 Steps to Becoming a Master Storyteller by John Truby (Bookshop | Barnes & Noble | Amazon).
This one is a perennial recommendation by novelists and screenwriters alike. We’re going to dive in and break it down so we can master all 22 steps together.
